Today morning I have also written an essay surely. Inconveniently, the time to write was over about 7 minutes. Four days are left to test TOEFL. Cheer up!!! Let's study harder!!! #18. What are some important qualities of a good supervisor(boss)? Use specific details and examples why these qualities are important. -------------------------------------------------------------------- A company's success or failure in business is up to personnel belong to the company. Specially, the role of the company's boss is most important among them. A good boss should be responsible for his decision and listen to employees. Firstly, a supervisor should be able to be responsible for his decision. He would be a far-sighted leader above all for being reliable man. He should consider carefully about his business with future view, and then he should make quickly a decision. And he would not change his decision except in a worst case. When a boss would show his employees a dignified attitude, employees would have stable thinking to their work and company, and do their work harder. Secondly, a boss should listen carefully to his employees. To be a good boss, he should know totally about the business. By the way, a person who know about the detailed work better than any other person is an acting worker. Therefore an acting worker should say the working process to his supervisor with comfortable mind. In my company, because my supervisor is a fully self-centered and high-impersonal person, most workers have avoided to tell with him, and the communication in company have gone worse and worse. If a supervisor would listen friendly to workers voice, employees should be able to work in good condition and the company would be easy to succeed As we have seen, to be responsible and to give ear to workers are necessary qualities for a supervisor to have. When a boss would be responsible for his talk and be concerned to his employees, the company would succeed. | ||
